Vending at CHAMBER - Dark Art Festival 2006
Saturday - Sept 30, 2006 : 8pm-8am

Thank you for considering a vending spot at CHAMBER - Dark Art Festival 2006. Last year, festival attendees purchased everything from Sex Toys to CD's, to T-shirts & custom jewelry. In 2006, our festival will be even bigger, and we expect over 2000 people to attend. There will be no FOOD or BEVERAGE vendors at this festival.  We are only accepting applications for MERCHANDISE VENDORS.

Rental for vendor space starts at $150.00, paid with your application. We have many different options available:

  • 4x4 section - NO table NO chairs - $75 (you bring your own!)
  • 5x5 section with 4x2 table & 2 chairs - $200
  • 5x5 section w/out table/chairs - $125
  • 8x5 section with 6x2.5 table & 3 chairs - $300
  • 8x5 section w/out table/chairs - $225

Additional chairs can be rented @ $5/ea.  Please indicate on your application if you'd like us to provide any additional items, and include the rental fees with your space rental, when sending the application.

Custom spaces and sizes are also available to maximize exposure.  Please contact us for rates.

RUN-A-WAY Show Option:
Following the Covenant performance, and upon clearance of the main stage, we will host our 2006 Run-A-Way show.  This is Fantastic exposure to all of our vendors, especially since the holidays are right around the corner... and especially since our FAVORITE holiday is only 30 days away... HALLOWEEN!  It's only a $75 fee to have your product, clothing, jewelry, art, whatever... displayed on the main stage.  You will be allowed up to 5 items to be displayed and will be professionally curated by our MC.  We wil have models to display clothing, jewelry, etc. - Just choose the option on the application and we'll provide you with details.

 

GENERAL RULES FOR VENDORS

  1. All vendors must be set up at least 1 hour before festival opening. All vendor spaces must be manned by your personnel for the entire time that the festival concert area is open - until 2:00 AM. No late set up or early tear down will be allowed, as this may cause disruption to our festival attendees, or interfere with logistics of one of the many shows that will be in progress. No exceptions to this rule!
  2. The sale or display of illicit materials, to include offensive language on printed items, pornography, drugs or drug paraphernalia, or items promoting violence, drugs, or other offensive material are encouraged!  If it's offensive, taboo, or of a harsh sexual nature, this is the place to sell it!
    The following items are not allowed:  child pornography & animal abuse. Any vendor displaying such items will have them removed by our vendor coordinator. We reserve the right to remove these items, and any continued display will be grounds for dismissal from the festival.
  3. No firearms or other weapons or ammunition displayed or sold on festival grounds. Any such display or attempt of sale will be confiscated local law enforcement present, and charges may be brought by local authorities.
  4. Glass or other breakable items or containers must be packaged in a way that breakage could not cause injury to you, or festival attendees. Items such as wind chimes or other such items designed to make noise will not be sold at this festival, so as to prevent unwanted noise near concert or performance areas.
  5. Very limited power for vendors is available. A maximum of 2 twenty amp, 120 volt circuits may be used by each vendor in the concert area. 220 volt power is not currently available.
  6. CHAMBER - Dark Art Festival 2006 will serve draft beer in the designated bar area during the festival. Our ABC permit allows only the festival to sell beer, and no other vendor may sell alcoholic beverages of any kind, no exceptions!
  7. Trash receptacles will be provided, and you are responsible for disposing of your own trash.  Your area must be clean when your table is taken down, otherwise we will impose a $20 clean up fee.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  You will be instructed as to where to place your trash in the event the current receptacles are full or do not fit.
