EXCHANGE OPTION
PLEASE READ FIRST!

We are offering an exchange option for either the re-scheduled date for FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY (not yet determined) or you can apply your ticket purchase(s) to any one of our upcoming shows. Please CONTACT US and let us know you will like to utilize this option, and we will provide you with specific instructions.

CREDIT CARD

We had a small problem with a batch of refunds which were done during the week of 07/24, so we have to re-process those refunds. if you still have not received your refund, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY, so that we may resolve the problem.

Your credit card will be refunded the Ticket Value only. Any shipping and/or Service/Surcharges cannot be refunded, as these costs are billed by 3rd party companies, which we have no control over.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If you do not see a refund by JULY 24, please CONTACT US at your convenience.

TICKETWEB tickets will be refunded by TICKETWEB on SUNDAY - JUNE 25th. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If you do not see a refund by JULY 14, please CONTACT US at your convenience.

 

RETAIL STORE

All purchase made through SATELLITE RECORDS (NYC), 8th STREET LAB (NYC), EMPIRE DISC (Westbury), FUNTAZIA (LEVITTOWN) will be completed via MONEY ORDER, through the mail. Unfortunately, there is no other way, as the stores do not want to deal with refunding ticket sales. Please follow these instructions:

1. Please return the ticket stubs you purchased to:

2. Please include your NAME and YOUR RETURN MAILING ADDRESS, and well send a money order payable to you at your location.

Please allow 1-4 weeks for processing.


SUB-PROMOTER If you purchased your ticket through one of our sub-promoters, please try and contact them to obtain your refund. We have not collected any funds from our staff, and they will be able to refund the full amount of your ticket. If you cannot get a hold of the person who sold you the ticket, please follow the instructions listed under RETAIL STORE.
